As a brand ambassador for wine and spirits at Maison Ferrand, I spent years traveling across Europe, stepping into bars, cafés, and bustling trade fairs, sharing the craftsmanship behind exceptional rums, gins, and cognacs. Every sip carried a story, every tasting was a moment of connection.
But the experience didn’t stop at the glass. At these international fairs, I had the privilege of discovering not only new spirits and wines but also an entire world of flavors—bold, delicate, and unexpected. Food became more than just a complement to what was in the bottle; it was an art form, an industry that, much like the spirits world, was built on passion, innovation, and heritage.
A Natural Attraction to Food

Perhaps it was inevitable. My father worked in the food industry, and I always felt drawn to its energy—the way a dish could evoke emotions, how ingredients could tell stories, and how brands could shape culture through taste. When I met my associate, we quickly realized we had this in common. Her love for healthy eating led her to create her own silicone mold for pastry in 2020, blending creativity with functionality.
Our shared passion for food and its impact on people’s lives became the foundation for something bigger.
